Vocametrix gathers, in the web browser, the tools a speech therapist uses with people who stutter: an analysis of a speech sample, a therapy plan drafted for you to validate, speech rate and pause measures, and sentence repetition the patient can also do at home.

The AI Therapy Planning Agent takes a sample recorded in the browser (3 to 60 seconds) or an uploaded file, together with a short case history: age, sex, language and severity (mild, moderate or severe). It cuts the sample into short segments, classifies each one as fluent or stuttered and shows the share of stuttered speech, the fluent and stuttered segments, the types of disfluency found (such as blocks, repetitions and prolongations) and a severity. It is a support for your observation, not a diagnosis.
A therapy plan you validate
From the analysis and the case history, the agent can draft a full therapy plan. You approve it, modify it or reject it; only an approved plan can be downloaded, as an HTML page. The agent works in English and French.
Speech rate and pauses
Speech to Text transcribes a recording and gives the speech rate in words per minute and in syllables per minute, labelled slow, normal or fast, with a confidence for each word and an editable transcript (JSON and SRT export). The Pronunciation Assessment scores a known text the patient reads: its fluency score is based on the pauses between words, unexpected breaks are underlined, and a prosody score is added. Reading the same text again later lets you compare.
Sentence repetition, in session and at home
In Repeat It, you write a sentence, the patient hears it read by a synthetic voice and repeats it, then gets a pronunciation score with accuracy, fluency and completeness, and 0 to 5 stars. You can assign it as a home practice mission and see the result in your patient list.
Measure, do not train fluency
These tools measure and document speech. They are not a fluency training programme: the choice of therapy approach remains yours.

Does the patient need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in a web browser on a device with a microphone.
