He currently holds the position of senior audio engineer at Microsoft. Patrick's skills include audio engineering, AI, and entrepreneurship. His work aims to combine technical knowledge with a desire to contribute to impactful healthcare solutions.
Rodrigo specializes in formative feedback methodologies and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education. His academic research explores the integration of digital tools to improve learning outcomes, with a focus on metacognitive development and student engagement. Rodrigo's thesis, completed at the Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, offers actionable insights for enhancing student learning experiences within Peru's evolving educational landscape.

Tom Milroy is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist based in San Marcos, California, with over 22 years at Innovative Therapy 4 Kids. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from SUNY Plattsburgh. Tom specializes in pediatric and adolescent speech and language disorders, including oral motor skills, tongue thrust elimination, fluency, voice, social pragmatics, AAC evaluations, auditory processing, and apraxia. A Certified LiFT Provider since 2008, he emphasizes holistic, individualized therapy to support the whole child’s communication development.
